What Collectors SayIn their own words

This was just the most beautiful piece I’ve seen in years!Packaged with true style and elegance this seller has exceeded all sellers I’ve encountered on Etsy. Everything was just strikingly done and the pipe itself was as if it just came off the assembly line. Unbelievable. This piece’s originally manufactured anywhere between 1956-1966. I’ve never seen anyone on Etsy give you your purchase with such a stunning presentation wrapped beautifully to insure its safe arrival, wonderful extras all sealed with elegant stickers and a charming personal note. If Peter “piper” takes this much care in presenting you with a top of the line purchase, you can only imagine the skill, technique, care and love that went into its restoration!!! Thank you, Peter. This will first of many, purchases that I’ll be making with you! A+++ seller!!!

Peter @ Radiant Pipes goes above and beyond to make his customers Happy and Informed with his excellent communication and quality of pipes & accessories. This pipe tamper is in excellent condition as Peter made sure it was highly polished and cleaned. I HIGHLY recommend Peter with Radiant Pipes. Thank you so much Peter for the added goodies you provided along with my purchase.

The Radice pipe made for the Tinderbox is absolutely beautiful and in perfect condition. I understand the quality and history of Radice and have a special place in my heart for the Tinderbox as it was where I purchased my first pipe. When purchasing a pipe from Radiant pipes, you can always expect the best possible quality for new and estate pipes. The attention for detail put into every pipe that is for sale is unmatched. My first estate pipe from this store was a Ben Wade and was so impressed with it. A truly higher level of care and passion for pipes and customer satisfaction is easily noticed. With thorough descriptions, the cleaning, sanitizing, and buffing of each piece is outstanding. Customer service and packaging is just excellent. Thank you very much for this pipe and all of your efforts , it will be treasured.

Superb packaging absolutely no damage to the box whatsoever. USPS delivery pristine condition not always been my experience. Debating wether to smoke this. Beautiful pipe made in the age I grew up in that’s my attraction to it. Oh and the “extras” I can’t thank you enough for I’ve not tried them yet but have wanted to. All around customer experience is excellent on all counts. Thanks again.

It’s extremely rare for me to be blown away by both a company’s customer service and the quality of their product. Had I not read the item description I would’ve thought that this pipe was brand spanking new. When Peter says that he spends hours meticulously restoring a pipe, You Can Believe It! When he says he believes in the Golden Rule regarding his pipes and service, You can trust him, but it’s clear to me that Peter’s utilization of the Golden Rule extends to his everyday life and mindset and not merely to his company. Peter’s customer service was world class, he shipped the pipe within 30 minutes of my purchase, but what I admire the most was his communication and his enthusiastic commitment to his buyers. You Cannot Find A Better Seller Than Radiant Pipes!

I believe this is my second pipe from RadiantPipes and Peter has gone above and beyond both times! Great service, product exactly as advertised and arrived quickly, the small things like a hand written note are amazing to me because it reminds me I'm not buying from some corporation, I'm buying from someone who is passionate about what he does. Thank you again Peter! I will definitely be ordering more from you, and the pipe stand you sent is the first one I've owned which was an awesome gift and I greatly appreciate it!

The pipe was packaged with great care, the shipping was quick, and this seller obviously takes pride in his store. You can tell that from the minute, you start to unwrap the package. There were all kinds of little “extras“ and a handwritten note from the seller. It is those small personal touches added to the quality of the items that will keep me as a returning customer. I cannot recommend this seller enough!

Seller was interactive and is passionate about pipes. He took extra care to make sure packaging was secure and the pipe was safe during shipping. He’s not just a seller. He loves pipes and that means you get knowledgeable service and quality pipes from this seller. My pipe arrived as described in near mint condition. I’ll definitely buy from this shop again

This is my second purchase from RadiantPipes and I couldn't be happier. Another absolute gem! Beautifully restored and will make a nice addition to my growing collection. Peter is a wonderful seller and a fine craftsman who knows how to bring out the beauty of these old pipes. Highly recommended and I look forward to purchasing from him again.

Great communication relative to my questions. Shipping was fast and item arrived well packaged to prevent damage. The pipe I received was exactly as described in the listing and even more beautiful upon seeing it in person. I also received some free swag, pipe bag, polishing cloths, etc. I am extremely happy with my order and highly recommend this seller. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Prompt, helpful communication with seller. High quality, beautiful artisan-made briar pipe. Exactly as described, and as pictured in the photos -- with additional photo provided for clarity. Carefully packaged for safe and secure shipping -- extraordinarily well done. Five stars all around -- only because I can't give six.

WOW🤩 Wonderful transaction from my purchase to the fast delivery🤩 Opening the well packed box felt like a purchase from a high end boutique store🤩 Much care was given to a lovely presentation experience🤩 The pipe is absolutely beautiful😍 I actually bought this pipe for display purposes only, and it shows brilliantly🥰 I would highly recommend Radiant Pipes for quality & professionalism🥳

I bought this pipe as a gift for my husband and he loves it! Shipping was fast and the pipe came gift wrapped with a hand written gift note and a couple of bonus surprises. I am so impressed with the quality and care of this pipe. Thanks Peter!

Wow! This was excellently restored and beautiful. It was handsomely packaged with a personal note, sample of tobacco, cleaning cloth, and just a wonderful experience to open. I will be revisiting this shop and very pleased, thank you Peter!

I am not into horn tooting but I have to say, I have bought hundreds of tobacco pipes on online auctions over the years. This merchandise was packaged and expedited like none other. Nothing but quality and class. It is good to see that someone still has this level of attention to detail. Definitely will be watching their merchandise and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

As with every pipe I have bought from Peter, this one was shipped with great care. And this is an excellent pipe for the price. Peter takes great care in making sure the pipe not only looks great, but is in smoking-ready condition. I will be making more purchases from him in the future. 😊

I purchased my second Kaywoodie pipe from Radiant Pipes. This beauty, aptly named a "Prime Grain" is GORGEOUS. While I do collect pipes, I'm also a smoker. By lining the bowl with honey, packing it with tobacco, and lighting it, I do realize that I'm fractioning the resale value of these collectables. Although a collector, I consider myself a smoker and connoisseur first. That being said, I derive a great deal of pleasure buying a fine specimen such as this and smoking it. There's a great thrill for me in puffing on a piece of briar root that could very well be older than I am! This gem was crafted when "Made in the USA" meant a great deal of care and pride went into it. My transaction with Radiant Pipes was seamless as always, and the proprietor filled my package with a nice bundle of goodies to enjoy. I am pleased, as always!

Peter, this is a beautiful savinelli! The package was wrapped with care and a couple extra goodies were included and a personalized note! This is why you support small bussinesses! Thank you

This seller is on a different level. Not only was this pipe far in excess of my expectations it came exceptionally well packed and with a plethora of commonly used pipe smoking items like cleaners brushes and tips. Some samples of tobacco and a hand written note of thanks. I have had some great experiences with shopping in this venue but none like this. I have never had a preferred vendor, but now I do

This is so far the best shopping and unpacking experience I have ever had! The Seller not only packed the pipe beautifully with lots of extras but also securely. Pipe is even better in person, definitely looked after and looks brand new! Thank you so much!!!

Another wonderful pipe from Peter. You can tell that he goes to great lengths to preserve and restore every piece. Also love the extras that were thrown in, and the personalized touches and impeccable packaging/shipping. Highly recommend this seller.

I cannot say enough positive things about this seller. Package was packed extremely well to ensure my pipe was delivered intact. The pipe I received was even more beautiful than what the pictures could reveal. “A highly recommended seller!” You cannot go wrong with ordering from “RadiantPipes”!

Second pipe I’ve bought from this seller. I now have 3. All vintage grabows. Amazing condition on them all. He returns them to like new, and let me tell you, this old briar is just as good as anything else these days as far as smoking ability goes. Amazing and will purchase again. Thank you!

Peter was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is honest and generous, it’s obvious he cares about his customers. I received an item I have been looking for a very long time. It came and is better than I expected. Look forward to see what other treasures I can find. Thank you Peter

The pipe itself is a work of art and came beautifully wrapped and in perfect condition as described with some small, thoughtful items thrown in, as well. Wonderful seller and I will definitely buy from him again. He has a great eye and is a good custodian and caretaker of pipes.

Radient Pipe's customer service and the quality of the products is without parallel. Peter’s customer service is world class. He must have shipped the pipe within minutes of my purchase because it arrived by USPS Ground about a week earlier than expected. The communication and enthusiastic commitment to this buyer is outstanding. I have always received more and better than I hoped. You will not have a better buying experience anywhere.

Peter was super efficient in getting the pipe shipped out to me. Amazing surprise small gifts in the box with the pipe. I am already looking at another one of his offerings. He went the extra mile with all aspects of selling and shipping the product. Top notch service.

The pipe is in mint condition and smokes perfectly, it was shipped promptly and the seller definitely cares about his customers as is evident by the extra pipe care items sent with the package.

Seller is INCREDIBLE!!!!! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and has a passion for the hobby. His help was tremendous in my decision on which pipe to get and he included lots of really awesome extras. I got this as a gift for someone I wanted to cheer up and I knew it was the right choice to go with this seller. I heavily recommend.

Beautiful pipe. Clean and as described. Very well packaged to virtually eliminate any risk of shipping damage. The hand written note was a nice touch. I will buy again from this seller!

Recommended in all respects. Peter, shop owner, is an excellent craftsman, in bringing this vintage pipe to mint state. Glad I saw it, and I know it’s going to be a favorite. Also, the packaging was great with all these nice touches. Thanks.

A transaction that leaves the best memories. A beautiful, perfectly described item, shipped on time. Nice contact and gifts complete the package. Thank you and I recommend.

A beautiful pipe. Love it. Excellent packaging as well. 2nd time customer for very good reasons. Great communication. Be as happy as me-buy from him. Thanks again Pete.

A supremely beautiful pipe from a best-of-the-best seller. (I understand your hesitation in parting with this one, Peter, but it will have a good home and great care!)
